Barbecued Spare Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Inch fresh root ginger
  • 6 Cloves garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tb Veg. oil
  • 2 Hot green chili peppers
  • 1 lb Firm white fish
  • 1 ts Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tb Garam masala
  • 4 oz Plain yoghurt
  • 1 tb Ground coriander
  • 1 ts Salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Fillet & skin fish, then cut into 11/2 inch cubes.
  • Step #2 Put about 5 pieces on each skewer & Sprinkle top with salt.
  • Step #3 Make a paste from the garlic, ginger, spices, & yoghurt & use to cover the fish.
  • Step #4 Leave for a few hrs, then grill.
  • Step #5 The skewers can be Sprinkle topd with a little oil during cooking, if required.
  • Step #6 Garnish with the lemon cut into wedges & fine rings of seeded green chili pepper.
