Barbequed Chicken Vinegar Basting Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Green Pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 md Onion, cut in thick strips
  • 1 lg Boneles Chickenbreast
  • 1 tb Mustard
  • 2 ds Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tb Vinegar
  • 1/2 c Catsup
  • 1/4 ts Garlic powder
  • 1 tb Brown Sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Cut chickenbreast into 16 chunks & place this in a microwave dish.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Scatter pepper & onion strips on top of chicken.
  • Step #5 3.
  • Step #6 mix remaining ingridients in a small bowl & pour over the chicken & vegetables.
  • Step #7 4.
  • Step #8 Cover & microwave on 70 %power for 7 mins or until chicken is white & tender.
  • Step #9 5.
  • Step #10 serve this with toothpicks.
