Bastille Day Grilled Lamb With Rosemary Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Lemon juice
  • 1/4 ts Paprika
  • 1/8 ts Thyme
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 qt Bread stuffing mix
  • 1/4 c Butter
  • 1 c Oysters

Directions
  • Step #1 Spice up duck cavity with salt & pepper.
  • Step #2 Add oysters, drained and sliced, to bread stuffing.
  • Step #3 Use oyseter liquid as part of liquid to moisten.
  • Step #4 LIghtly stuff duck.
  • Step #5 Place remainder in separate pan to bake with duck.
  • Step #6 Mix butter, lemon juice, paprika & thyme.
  • Step #7 Bake duck on rack in covered roaster in 325F deg.
  • Step #8 oven for about 2 1/2 hrs.
  • Step #9 Baste often with lemon mixture.
  • Step #10 Baste dressing with duck drippings.
  • Step #11 remove cover at the last to brown duck.
