Marinated Bean & Ham Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Garlic salt
  • 1/4 c Worchestershire sauce
  • 5 lb Fresh beef brisket
  • 1 1/2 c BBQ sauce
  • 2 ts UnSpice uped meat tenderizer
  • 1/2 ts Celery salt
  • 1/2 ts Spice uped salt
  • 1/4 c Liquid smoke

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Place the brisket on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top tenderizer & Spice upings on both sides of the meat.
  • Step #4 Pour liquid smoke & Worchestershire sauce over top.
  • Step #5 Cover & marinate in refrigerator 6 to 10 hrs or overnight.
  • Step #6 2.
  • Step #7 Place foil-wrapped brisket in Crock-Pot (cut brisket in half, if necessary, to fit easily).
  • Step #8 Cover & cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hrs.
  • Step #9 3.
  • Step #10 Chill cooked brisket, then cut across the grain into thin slices.
  • Step #11 Before serving, reheat in your favorite barbecue sauce.
