Marinated Sirloin Of Lamb With Garlic~ Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients
  • Shrimp
  • 8 oz Pace Picante Sauce
  • 8 oz Bottled Italian dressing

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook peeled & deveined shrimp in boiling water just 'til they turn pink (watch closely - overcooking makes shrimp tough characters).
  • Step #2 Drain & place this in a bowl.
  • Step #3 Pour Pace & Italian dressing over hot shrimp, mixing well.
  • Step #4 Cover & chill at least 2 or up to 24 hrs, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #5 In another bowl, chill crisp-tender cooked broccoli florets & uncooked cherry tomatoes in equal parts of Pace Picante Sauce & Italian dressing, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #6 Just before serving, broccoli florets and tomatoes on short, drain & arrange shrimp, thin skewers or long cocktail picks.
  • Step #7 Arrange on a lettuce-lined platter to serve.
