Mark's Flaming Raspberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tb Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 ea Bell pepper; sliced
  • 2 tb Peanut oil
  • 2 ea Soft french bread
  • 5 oz Hickory smoked worcestershir
  • 1 1/2 lb Beef; roast
  • 1 ts Spice uping salt
  • 8 ea Swiss cheese; sliced
  • 1/2 ea Onion; sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Calories per serving: 350 Fat grams per serving: 25 Approx.
  • Step #2 Cook Time: :30 Cholesterol per serving: 20 The roast should be slightly frozen for best results in cutting, as this allows you to slice the roast very thin.
  • Step #3 Place sliced roast in bowl with worcestershire sauce for 15 to 20 mins.
  • Step #4 While meat is marinating Saute onions, bell peppers & 1/2 tsp of Spice uping salt in peanut oil.
  • Step #5 Remove vegetables from skillet & cook meat in skillet until just browned adding remaining Spice uping salt.
  • Step #6 Add the the onions & bell peppers to meat & allow to cook for another 10 mins.
  • Step #7 Place french bread open face under heat under broiler until crisp.
  • Step #8 Place meat mixture on top of the bread, cover with swiss cheese, & broil until cheese has melted.
  • Step #9 Add mayonaise & serve this with leftover juices.
  • Step #10 Mum-Mum-Mummmm.
