Marshmallow Nut Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tb Cinnamon
  • 1 ea 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 tb Lemon juice
  • 3 ea Whites
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1/4 c Flour
  • 6 c Apples

Directions
  • Step #1 On lightly floured surface,roll pastry to a 12" circle.
  • Step #2 place this in a 9" pie plate,turn under edge;flute.
  • Step #3 Drizzle apples with lemon juice.
  • Step #4 Toss with mixd sugar,flour & cinnamon.
  • Step #5 Spoon into shell.
  • Step #6 Bake @ 450 degrees for 35 mins.
  • Step #7 Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
  • Step #8 Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
  • Step #9 slowly,add marshmallow cream,beating until stiff peaks form.
  • Step #10 Spread over apples,sealing to edge.
  • Step #11 Bake 10 mins or until meringue is slightly browned.
  • Step #12 Cool & serve.
