Ingredients
3 tb Gin
2 ea 5 oz rib eye/sirloin steaks
1/2 ts Dried marjoram
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dried basil
6 ea Pimento stuffed olives
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 tb Dry vermouth
2 ea Garlic cloves crushed
1 x Dash of angostura bitters
Directions
Step #1 In a shallow dish, mix all ingredients except meat & olives.
Step #2 Score steaks with shallow crisscross cuts on one side; add to marinade.
Step #3 Marinate at about room temp for two hrs; turn several times.
Step #4 Remove steaks, save marinade.
Step #5 Broil or place on hot grill about three inches from heat.
Step #6 Cook four mins per side for rare; six mins for medium; baste meat several times with marinade.
Step #7 Garnish with olives on a toothpick.
