Mary Alice's Pepper Jelly Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Servings of Stove top Chicke
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 12 lg Mushrooms
  • 1/2 c White/cooking wine

Directions
  • Step #1 Wash mushrooms & remove stems.
  • Step #2 Prepare Stove Top Stuffing according to package directions.
  • Step #3 Pour wine in a baking dish.
  • Step #4 Stuff each mushroom with about 2 tsps of stuffing & top this with parmesan cheese.
  • Step #5 place this in a baking dish & bake this at 350 degrees for 15-20 mins or until tender.
