Step #2 Boil potatoes until they are just done, not mushy.
Step #3 Hard boil the eggs & peel.
Step #4 Be sure to reserve some eggs for top of salad.
Step #5 Chop green onions, radishes, & sweet pickles.
Step #6 (You may use as many sweet pickles as you like.
Step #7 ) Cut potatoes in chunks.
Step #8 mix with eggs, radishes, green onions and sweet pickles.
Step #9 Mix dressing using proportions required to make potato salad moist, but not wet.
Step #10 (You can begin this salad a day ahead, but under no circumstances should you mix the dressing in until 2 to 4 hrs before you are ready to serve.
Step #11 ) Keep salad put in the fridged until ready to serve.
Step #12 Salt & pepper to taste.
Step #13 Slice reserved eggs on top of salad & Sprinkle top with paprika.
Step #14 Note: The potatoes should be well cooled before you mix them with the dressing.
