  • 4 lg Potaotes, peeled & sliced
  • 1/4 ts Onion powder
  • 1 c Low-fat soy milk

Directions
  • Step #1 steam potatoes over boiling water for 15 min.
  • Step #2 place this in a bowl; add the soy milk & onion powder.
  • Step #3 mash until smooth.
