Matzo Meal Pie Crust Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Potato starch
  • 1 ts Ea. cinnamon & ginger
  • 2 ts Mild curry powder
  • 1 1/2 tb Toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tb Ea. dried rosemary & oregan.
  • 2 tb Onion powder
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 c Ea. matzo meal & cake meal

Directions
  • Step #1 Place all ingreds.
  • Step #2 in bowl, stirring well to mix.
  • Step #3 Spoon into glass jar or container with lid, leaving 2-inch space at top.
  • Step #4 Shake or stir each time before using.
  • Step #5 Store at room temperature, or put in the fridge.
  • Step #6 Yield: Abt.
  • Step #7 1 2/3 c.
  • Step #8 ; recipe may be doubled or tripled as desired.
