Mediterranean Nut Tart Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1 lb Ground beef, crumbled
  • 1 ts Dried parsley flakes
  • 3 tb UnSpice uped dry bread crumbs
  • 1 lg Egg
  • 1/2 ts Dried mint leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 ts Dried rosemary leaves, crushed

Directions
  • Step #1 ---SAUCE------ 2 tb Margarine 1/4 ts Garlic powder 1 ts Dried parsley flakes 1.
  • Step #2 mix all the meatball ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Step #3 Shape mixture into 12 meatballs.
  • Step #4 2.
  • Step #5 Place the margarine, garlic powder & parley in a 1-c measure.
  • Step #6 Microwave at High for 45 seconds to 1 min, or until butter melts.
  • Step #7 Dip meatballs in margarine mixture to cover & place on a roasting rack.
  • Step #8 3.
  • Step #9 Microwave at High for 15 to 18 mins, or until meatballs are firm & no longer pink in the center, rotating rack & rearranging meatballs twice during cooking time.
  • Step #10 If desired, serve this with hot cooked rice or couscous.
