- 1/4 sm Watermelon
- 1 c Cantaloupe balls
- 2 tb Light rum
- 1/2 c Sugar
Directions
- Step #1 Cut watermelon into cubes; press cubes through a strainer or food mill to make 2 c juice.
- Step #2 mix watermelon juice, sugar, & rum in a large bowl; stir until sugar dissolves.
- Step #3 Add melon balls; tossing well.
- Step #4 Cover & chill 2 hrs or overnight.
