Melon Blue Cheese Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 c Honeydew melon balls
  • 1/4 sm Watermelon
  • 1 c Cantaloupe balls
  • 2 tb Light rum
  • 1/2 c Sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut watermelon into cubes; press cubes through a strainer or food mill to make 2 c juice.
  • Step #2 mix watermelon juice, sugar, & rum in a large bowl; stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Step #3 Add melon balls; tossing well.
  • Step #4 Cover & chill 2 hrs or overnight.
