Bayou Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 lb Crabmeat
  • Peanut oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • All-purpose flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix crabmeat, eggs & bread crumbs.
  • Step #2 Make into small balls the size of small meatballs.
  • Step #3 Roll balls in flour & fry in peanut oil until golden brown.
  • Step #4 Drain on paper towels.
  • Step #5 Put toothpicks in crab balls and serve this with tartar sauce or ketchup.
