Bbq: Oregano Steak Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Pepper
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 3 tb Butter
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tb Fresh parsley, sliced
  • 4 Corn cobs

Directions
  • Step #1 Peel back husks from corn without detaching from cobs; remove silks.
  • Step #2 Rewrap cobs in husks; soak in water for at least 20 mins or up to 1 hr.
  • Step #3 Drain & pat dry.
  • Step #4 stir this together butter, garlic, parsley, salt & pepper.
  • Step #5 Peel back husks & brush butter mixture evenly over kernels.
  • Step #6 Fold husks back over cobs; tie tightly with kitchen string.
  • Step #7 Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; cover & cook, turning often, for about 15 mins or until browned all over outside and corn is tender inside.
  • Step #8 Per serving: about 210 calories; 4 g protein, 10 g fat, 31 g carbohydrate high.
