Bbq: Plum-glazed Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Coarse salt
  • 2 ts Olive oil
  • 2 ts Dried oregano
  • 1 ts Cracked black peppercorns
  • 1 lb Sirloin steak, 1-in thick

Directions
  • Step #1 Slash fat around steak at 1-inch intervals.
  • Step #2 mix oil, oregano, pepper & salt; rub over both sides of steak.
  • Step #3 place steak on greased grill over medium-high heat; cover & cook, turning once, for about 15 mins for medium-rare or to desired doneness.
  • Step #4 Transfer steak to cuting board; tent with foil & let stand for 5 mins before cutting into portions.
  • Step #5 Per serving: about 140 calories, 6 g fat, 18 g protein, 1 g carbohydrate Good.
