Step #1 3 c Water 2 cn Cannellini beans 1/3 c Olive oil 3 ts Red wine vinegar 1 ts Salt : Fresh pepper to taste 1 md Red onion 12 oz Tuna -- drained Directions: Mix together oil, vivegar, salt & pepper.
Step #2 Pour over beans & onion in a shallow bowl.
Step #3 Cover & put in the fridge at least 1 hr.
Step #4 Transfer bean mixture to serving platter with slotted spoon.
Step #5 Break tuna into chunks & arrange on bean mixture.
