Ingredients
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • Pot of beans
  • 1 Beaver tail

Directions
  • Step #1 Blister tail over fire until skin loosens (or dip into boiling water for a couple mins).
  • Step #2 Pull of skin.
  • Step #3 Cut up meat & boil with a pot of beans.
  • Step #4 Add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step #5 Add sliced onions to enhance flavor.
  • Step #6 Beaver tail is also good roasted over a campfire or in the oven.
