Step #1 In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over med-heat/flame 10-12 mins or until no longer pink, stirring every once in awhile.
Step #2 Pour off drippings.
Step #3 Spice up beef with chili powder, cumin & 1/2 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp pepper.
Step #4 stir in the spinach & salsa; heat through.
Step #5 remove this from heat; stir in the cheese.
Step #6 Spoon 1/2 c beef mixture in center of each tortilla.
Step #7 Fold bottom edge up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping edges.
