Beef & Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 oz Snow Peas; Frozen, Thawed
  • 2 tb Ketchup
  • 1/4 ts Ginger; Ground
  • 8 oz Bamboo Shoots; Drained,
  • Rice; Hot Cooked
  • 2 tb Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tb Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 c Carrots; Frozen, Sliced
  • 1 lb Sirloin Steak; Bonless,
  • 1 c ;Water
  • 1/2 ts Garlic Powder
  • 1 Env. Soup Mix;

Directions
  • Step #1 Boneless Sirloin Steak should be cut into thin stir fry strips.
  • Step #2 Use one of the following Lipton's Recipe Soup Mixes: Beefy Mushroom, +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++ In a large skillet, in two batches, heat oil & brown beef, over medium-high heat.
  • Step #3 Remove beef.
  • Step #4 Add carrots, ketchup, then beefy mushroom recipe soup mix mixed with water, soy sauce, garlic powder & ginger.
  • Step #5 Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring every once in awhile, 5 mins or until carrots are crisp-tender.
  • Step #6 Add beef, bamboo shoots & snow peas, simmer 3 mins or until heated through.
  • Step #7 To serve, arrange beef mixture over hot rice.
