1 lb Beef, sliced very thin, across grain into strips
2 tb Soy sauce
1/8 ts Black pepper
3 Cloves garlic,peeled crushed
1 ts Grated fresh ginger
1 tb Red pepper flakes
1 tb Sesame oil
Toasted sesame seeds
1 tb Peanut oil
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Sesame salt
4 Scallions, sliced into 1-inch pieces

Step #1 1.
Step #2 mix soy sauce, scallions, garlic, sesame oil, sesame salt, ginger, pepper, sugar, sak & red pepper flakes in a medium-size bowl.
Step #3 Add the meat & toss.
Step #4 Allow to marinate at least 30 mins.
Step #5 2.
Step #6 Cook the meat over medium-high heat on a stove-top grill.
Step #7 Heat the grill first, making it very hot.
Step #8 Add the oil.
Step #9 Cook the meat 1-2 mins on each side, browning it nicely.
Step #10 Garnish with sesame seeds.
Step #11 Sesame salt: Place 1 c sesame seeds in a frying pan over medium heat & toast, stirring constantly, until they just begin to turn a light brown.
Step #12 place this in a food mixer.
Step #13 Grind to a coarse texture and stir in the the salt.
Step #14 Keep in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
