Step #1 Beef juice may be prepared by pressing the juice from slightly warmed sliced beef.
Step #2 Finely sliced raw beef, in the proportion of 1/2 lb to 2 tbsps of water, may be placed in the upper part of a double boiler & kept over hot water for 2 hrs.
Step #3 If a double boiler is not available pack meat loosely in a glass jar & place on rack in pan of hot water.
Step #4 Keep meat at a temperature of 150 F the entire 2 hrs.
