Beer Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Brown sugar
  • 1 tb Horseradish
  • 1/4 c Vinegar
  • 1/4 c Mustard
  • 1 c Beer
  • 2 tb Cornstarch
  • 2 lb Cooked Polish Sausages

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut cooked sausages into 1/2 inch slices.
  • Step #2 In skillet mix sausage & beer.
  • Step #3 Cover & let simmer for 10 mins.
  • Step #4 mix brown sugar and cornstarch.
  • Step #5 stir in the vinegar, horseradish & mustard.
  • Step #6 Add to sausages.
  • Step #7 Cook & stir until bubbly.
  • Step #8 Keep warm & serve warm using toothpicks.
