Ingredients
1 tb Butter
2 tb Brown sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1 tb Corn starch
1 lb Can of beets, slice & drain
1 c Pineapple tidbits
1 tb Lemon juice
Directions
Step #1 mix brown sugar, corn starch & salt in pan.
Step #2 stir in the the pineapple with syrup.
Step #3 Cook, stir constantly until it bubbles.
Step #4 Add butter, lemon juice & beets.
Step #5 Cook for about 5 mins.
