Beets Dauphnois Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tb Butter
  • 2 tb Brown sugar
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1 tb Corn starch
  • 1 lb Can of beets, slice & drain
  • 1 c Pineapple tidbits
  • 1 tb Lemon juice

Directions
  • Step #1 mix brown sugar, corn starch & salt in pan.
  • Step #2 stir in the the pineapple with syrup.
  • Step #3 Cook, stir constantly until it bubbles.
  • Step #4 Add butter, lemon juice & beets.
  • Step #5 Cook for about 5 mins.
