Beets In Grand Marnier Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Garlic cloves peeled & minced
  • 1/2 c Cream
  • 6 Beets
  • 1/2 c Scallions or onions sliced
  • 1 c Chicken stock
  • 1/2 c Cheddar or Swiss cheese grated
  • 1 tb Fresh tarragon

Directions

  • Step #14 gratin dish & spread the beet mixture out.
  • Step #15 Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
