Ingredients
4 eggs
4 c cubed French bread
2 tsps mustard powder
1 tsp grated onion
1 (6 oz) can tuna, drained & flaked
8 oz Muenster cheese, cubed
3 c milk
3 tbsps butter
1 (6 oz) can crabmeat, drained & flaked
2 tbsps sliced fresh parsley
Directions
Step #1 In a small bowl, stir this together the crabmeat & tuna.
Step #2 Place a layer of bread cubes in the bottom of a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Step #3 Cover with a layer of the crab & tuna, then a layer of cheese & a sprinkle of parsley.
Step #4 Repeat layers 2 more times ending with cheese & parsley on top.
Step #5 In a medium bowl, butter, whisk together the eggs, milk, mustard powder & onion.
Step #6 Pour over the layers in the dish.
Step #7 Cover & put in the fridge for at least 3 hrs, or overnight.
Step #8 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step #9 Let the dish come to about room temp while the oven preheats.
Step #10 Bake uncovered for 1 hr & 15 mins in the preheated oven, or until puffed & golden.
