  • 1 tb Celery; sliced
  • 1 ts Lemon juice
  • 2 tb Water
  • 1 ds Salt & pepper
  • 1 tb Ginger root; sliced,
  • 1/4 c Peanut oil
  • 1 1/2 ts Tomato paste
  • 2 tb Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tb Soy sauce
