Berkshire Beef Burgundy Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 x Salt & pepper
  • 1 ea Onion, grated
  • 2 ea Egg, well beaten
  • 1 ts Parsley, minced
  • 10 ea Sl Bread
  • 6 ea Potato, raw

Directions
  • Step #1 Grate the potatoes.
  • Step #2 Soak bread in cold water & squeeze out as much of the water as possible.
  • Step #3 Mix together the bread, pepper, salt, grated onion & parsley.
  • Step #4 Add the grated potatoes & eggs & mix well.
  • Step #5 Form into balls, roll in flour carefully, drop into boiling salted water, & cook in a covered pot for 15 mins.
  • Step #6 These dumplings are excellent with sauerkraut, stewed chicken or meat.
