Mexican Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c Refried beans
  • 1 ea Jars Chunky salsa; 12 0z (ho
  • 1 cn Crescent dinner roll;-- dou
  • 3/4 c Cheese; shredded

Directions
  • Step #1 Separate dough into 4 rectangles.
  • Step #2 Place rectangles side-by-side on ungreased baking sheet with long edges overlapping slightly to form 13"x7" rectangle.
  • Step #3 Press perforations & edges to seal.
  • Step #4 Spread beans in 2" wide strip down center of dough length;top this with 1/2 c of cheese & 1/4 c salsa.
  • Step #5 Make cuts from filling to dough edges 1 1/2" apart on each side of rectangle.
  • Step #6 Fold strips of dough at an angle over filling, alternating from side to side; seal ends.
  • Step #7 bake this at 350 for 20 mins; Sprinkle top bread with remaining 1/4 c cheese.
  • Step #8 Bake 5 to 10 mins, or until cheese melts & loaf is golden brown.
  • Step #9 let this stand 10 mins on wire rack.
  • Step #10 cut loaf into 12 pieces; serve this with remaining salsa.
