Mexican Pork-garlic Stew With Hominy Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tb Lemon/lime juice
  • 1/3 c Water
  • 1/2 ts Ground cumin
  • 1 c Chunky salsa
  • 1 ts Vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 Pork blade steaks, 3/4"

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oil in a non-stick skillet; brown steaks on both sides.
  • Step #2 Conbine salsa, water, juice & cumin; pour mixture over chops.
  • Step #3 cover and simmer 10-12 mins or until meat is cooked.
