Microwave Corn On The Cob Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • Save 1/2 c loquid
  • 3/4 lb Ground beef
  • 2 tb sliced onion
  • 1 ds Paprika
  • 1 ea Egg
  • 2 ts Chili powder
  • 1 cn Olives
  • 1 cn Corn
  • 1/2 c Yellow corn meal
  • 1/2 c Shredded cheddar
  • 1 cn Whole tomatoes drained
  • 1 sm Clove garlic sliced fine

Directions
  • Step #1 Preparation : Crumble ground beef into 1 1/2 quart casserole, add onion & garlic.
  • Step #2 Cover loosely & microwave on high (100%) 2 mins.
  • Step #3 Break up beef & stir.
  • Step #4 Cover & microwave on high until beef is not pink, 2 or 3 mins.
  • Step #5 Drain excessive fat.
  • Step #6 stir in the tomatoes, corn, olives, chili powder & salt.
  • Step #7 Cover tightly and microwave on high until mixture is hot & bubbly, 4 to 6 mins.
  • Step #8 Stir.
  • Step #9 Beat egg in bowl, stir in the corn meal & reserve tomato liquid.
  • Step #10 Pour over meat mixture.
  • Step #11 Sprinkle top with cheese & paprika.
  • Step #12 Microwave uncovered on high until topping is no longer doughy, 3 to 6 mins.
