Milk Chocolate Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Butter or margarine
  • 12 oz Salted peanuts
  • 12 c Popped popcorn
  • 1 c Corn syrup
  • 12 oz Milk chocolate chips

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large, greased, roasting pan, mix popcorn & nuts.
  • Step #2 In a large, heavy saucepan mix chocolate chips, corn syrup & butter.
  • Step #3 Cook over med-heat/flame until mixture boils, stirring constantly.
  • Step #4 pour over popcorn toss well to coat.
  • Step #5 Bake in a preheated 300~ oven for 45 mins stirring frequently.
  • Step #6 Cool completely.
  • Step #7 store this in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
  • Step #8 Makes about 14 c.
