Minature French Breakfast Puffs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 x Garnishes
  • 1 tb Margarine, Melted
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 1/3 c Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/2 ts Grated Lemon Peel
  • 1 1/2 ts Lemon Juice
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/4 c Sugar
  • 1 ea Large Egg
  • 1/4 ts Vanilla

Directions
  • Step #1 Garinishes can include fresh fruit, or strawberry or apricot preserves.
  • Step #2 --- ------------------- mix crumbs, sugar & margarine.
  • Step #3 Press rounded meassuring tbsps- ful of crumb mixture onto bottom of each of six paper-lined muffing c.
  • Step #4 bake this at 325F degrees F.
  • Step #5 , 5 mins.
  • Step #6 mix cream cheese, sugar, peel & vanilla, juice, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well mixed.
  • Step #7 mix in egg; pour over crust, filling each c 3/4 ful.
  • Step #8 bake this at 325F degrees F.
  • Step #9 , 25 mins.
  • Step #10 Cool before removing from pan.
  • Step #11 Chill.
  • Step #12 top this with garnishes just before serving.
  • Step #13 MAKE AHEAD: Wrap cilled cheescakes individually in plastic wrap; freeze.
  • Step #14 let this stand at about room temp 40 mins before garnishing & serving.
