Mincemeat Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 pk Seeded raisins
3 1/2 c Raisins
2 1/2 c Sugar
3/4 lb Suet
1/4 c Vinegar
4 lb Apples
1 ts Ea.cinnamon,nutmeg,cloves
2 lb Hamburger
2 ts Salt

Directions

Step #1 Put the meat, salt & water to cover in a large pot.
Step #2 Simmer until tender.
Step #3 Add the sliced apple, suet & spices, vinegar, sugar and raisins & cook till the suet is dissolved anf raisins & apples tender.
Step #4 If more water is needed add it.
Step #5 Stir often to keep fruit from sticking.
