Mini Submarine Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients
  • 10 oz Frozen chpd spinach, cooked
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb Ricotta OR cottage cheese
  • 3 pk put in the fridged cresent rolls
  • 1 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 pk Onion soup mix
  • Drained

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 375~F.
  • Step #2 In large bowl, eggs, mix onion recipe soup mix, spinach & cheeses.
  • Step #3 Separate cresents according to package directions; cut each triangle in half to make 2 smalll triangles and flatten slightly.
  • Step #4 Place 1 Tbls cheese mixture on each triangle; fold over & seal edges tightly with fork.
  • Step #5 Place on ungreased baking sheet; bake 15 mins or until golden.
  • Step #6 FREEZING & REHEATING: Tightly wrap turnovers in heavy duty foil; freeze.
  • Step #7 To reheat, unwrap & bake at 357~F on ungreased baking sheets for 8 mins or until heated through.
