Ingredients
  • 1 bn Coriander leaves
  • 1 bn Mint leaves
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 4 tb Water
  • 1 oz Seedless tamarind
  • 1 md Onion
  • 1 Green chilli

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Wash & soak tamarind in water for 1/2 hr 2.
  • Step #3 Clean pick and wash the coriander & mint.
  • Step #4 3.
  • Step #5 Separate pulp from tamarind and squeeze out the pulp.
  • Step #6 4.
  • Step #7 Grind coriander, mint, green chili & onion to fine paste.
  • Step #8 5.
  • Step #9 Add the tamarind pulp & salt.
  • Step #10 6.
  • Step #11 mix well.
  • Step #12 In an airtight jar can be put in the fridged for up to one week.
