Ingredients
8 lg Eggs; separated
3/4 c Sugar
Nutmeg
1/2 c Heavy cream
1 c Bourbon
Directions
Step #1 Put the egg yoLks & sugar into the bowI of an electric mixer and beat until light & lemon-colored.
Step #2 slowly add the bourbon, beating on lowish speed.
Step #3 In a separate bowl whip the cream until stiff.
Step #4 Fold it into the egg-yolk mixture.
Step #5 In a clean bowl whip the egg whites unti1 stiff & fold them into the eggnog.
Step #6 Serve in goblets, preferably silver, with a gen erous grating of nutmeg on top.
