Ingredients
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED
  • 1/2 c SLICED BAMBOO SHOOTS
  • 1 ts SALT
  • 1/2 c PEA PODS
  • 1/2 c THINLY SLICED MUSHROOMS
  • 1/4 ts MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE
  • 1/2 ts SUGAR
  • 1/4 c CANNED CHICKEN BROTH
  • 1 ts VEGETABLE OIL
  • 2 c CHINESE CABBAGE sliced
  • 1 THIN SLICED GINGEROOT

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat a wok & swirl the vegetable oil around inside.
  • Step #2 Rub bottom & sides with the gingeroot & garlic & discard.
  • Step #3 Place cabbage in wok & stir.
  • Step #4 Add salt, sugar, monosoium glutamate, & chicken broth.
  • Step #5 Stir & cover; cook for 3 munites.
  • Step #6 Add the peas pods, bamboo shoots & mushrooms.
  • Step #7 Stir about 30 second & serve.
