Butterscotch Drops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 qt Ice cream
  • 1/2 c Nuts
  • 1 12oz jar butterscotch OR
  • 1 c Flour
  • 1/4 c Quaker oats
  • Caramel topping
  • 1/4 c Brown sugar
  • 1/2 c Margarine

Directions
  • Step #1 mix flour, oats & brown sugar, cut in butter until it is like coarse crumbs.
  • Step #2 stir in the nuts, pat into 9x13 inch pan & bake 15 mins at 400F degrees.
  • Step #3 Stir while still warm to crumble.
  • Step #4 Cool.
  • Step #5 Spread half in 8 inch pan.
  • Step #6 Drizzle 1/2 topping over crumbs.
  • Step #7 Spoon softened ice cream into pan, drizzle remaining topping, Sprinkle top remaining crumbs.

  • Step #9 freeze.
