Ingredients
  • Cheese Layer:
  • 1 c Cool Whip
  • Butterscotch Layer:
  • Crust:
  • 1 c Pecans -- Finely sliced
  • 1 c Confectioner's sugar
  • Instant
  • 3 c Milk, Cold
  • 1 c Flour, all-purpose
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese -- Softened
  • Remainder lg Container Cool Whip
  • Topping:
  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • Pudding mix
  • 2 lg Butterscotch

Directions
  • Step #1 Crust: Mix & press in 9x12 pan.
  • Step #2 Bake 15 mins at 300F deg.
  • Step #3 Let cool.
  • Step #4 Cheese Layer: mix well & spread over cooled crust.
  • Step #5 Butterscotch Layer: Mix well & spread over Cheese Layer.
  • Step #6 Topping: Spread remainder of 1 large cool whip over last layer and Sprinkle top with finely sliced nuts.
  • Step #7 Keep put in the fridged or on ice in cooler for a picnic!.
