Crabmeat Roll Ups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c sliced green onion
  • 1/2 c extra cocktail sauce for dipping
  • 1/4 c shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c cocktail sauce
  • 4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) package imitation crabmeat, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese & cocktail sauce until well mixed.
  • Step #2 Stir in crabmeat, Swiss cheese, & green onion.
  • Step #3 Spread about 1/2 c of the mixture onto each tortilla, & roll up tightly.
  • Step #4 Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap, & put in the fridge overnight.
  • Step #5 Slice rolls into 1/2 inch circles, & arrange on a serving tray with a bowl of cocktail sauce for dipping.
