Ingredients
  • 2 ts Thyme
  • 1/2 ts Cumin
  • 1 tb Garlic powder
  • 1/2 ts White pepper
  • 2 ts Oregano
  • 4 lb Pork ribs
  • 1/2 ts Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 ts Nutmeg
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 3 tb Paprika

Directions
  • Step #1 mix all Spice upings & dust all surfaces of ribs with mixture.
  • Step #2 Prepare medium-hot coals in covered grill, banking coals when hot.
  • Step #3 Grill ribs over indirect heat 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, turning every 15 mins.
