Cajun Cannelloni Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Stick of margarine
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 c Coconut
  • Icing
  • 1 c Pecans
  • 2 c All purpose flour
  • 1 lg Can crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1 sm Can of Pet milk
  • 1 1/2 ts Soda
  • 1 c Sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix the cake ingredients together & bake in a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Step #2 Icing: mix sugar, margarine & Pet milk.
  • Step #3 Boil for 5 mins.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat & stir in the pecans & coconut.
  • Step #5 Pour over cake.
