1 cn whole tomatoes in juice, sliced, well drained
1/4 ts Each dried oregano and thyme leaves
1/2 lb Kielbasa sausage , cut into chunks
1/2 To 1 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
1 cn tomato sauce sliced parsley
1 tb Vegetable oil
3 c Idaho frozen hash brown potatoes
1 Clove garlic, minced
Directions
Step #1 In 3-quart microwave-safe casserole mix oil, green pepper, onion, celery, garlic, oregano & thyme Cover loosely with plastic wrap; cook on High 6 to 8 mins or until just tender, Tabasco sauce, stirring once.
Step #2 stir in the potatoes, shrimp, kielbasa, sliced tomatoes & tomato sauce.
Step #3 Re-cover; cook on High 10 to 12 mins or until shrimp is cooked, stirring once.
Step #4 Garnish with parsley.
