Ingredients
  • 2 salmon steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 1/2 c crushed saltines
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c crushed potato chips
  • 1/4 c butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 pinch paprika

Directions
  • Step #1 In a shallow bowl, mix the butter, salt & paprika.
  • Step #2 In another bowl, mix saltines & chips.
  • Step #3 Dip both sides of salmon steaks in butter mixture, then coat with crumbs.
  • Step #4 Broil 4-6 in.
  • Step #5 from the heat for 5-6 mins on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Step #6 .
