California Quesadillas Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 ts Salt;
  • 1 tb Worchetershire sauce;
  • Sugar substitite equivalant 1/2 c
  • 1 Onion; sliced fine;
  • 2 Carrots; sliced
  • 1 c Water;
  • 2 tb Flour;
  • 4 lb Beef rump;
  • 1/16 ts Pepper;
  • 1 tb Oil;

Directions
  • Step #1 Dredge meat well in flour, salt, & pepper.
  • Step #2 Brown in oil in skillet; add in the remaining ingredients.
  • Step #3 Cover.
  • Step #4 Simmer about 4 hrs over low heat.
  • Step #5 Food Exchange per serving: 2 MEAT EXCHANGES.
