Canta-lime Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
  • 25 g Butter
  • 300F ml Skimmed milk
  • 213 g Canned pink Alaska salmon
  • 1 ts Pesto
  • 1 tb Parsley; sliced
  • 50 g Fresh breadcrumbs
  • 16 Cannelioni tubes
  • 1 md Onion; finely sliced
  • 100 g Button mushrooms; sliced
  • 25 g Plain flour
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions
  • Step #1 Drain can of salmon.
  • Step #2 Make juice up to 300ml / 1/2 pint with water.
  • Step #3 Mash fish, breadcrumbs, onion, mushrooms & parsley.
  • Step #4 Fill each cannelloni roll.
  • Step #5 Lay in a microwave proof dish.
  • Step #6 Melt butter & stir in the flour Cook for 30 seconds on HIGH POWER.
  • Step #7 Beat fish stock & milk into flour mixture 150ml / 1/4 pint at a time.
  • Step #8 Cook for 1 min between additions.
  • Step #9 Whisk well.
  • Step #10 Add pesto & 75g / 3oz of cheese.
  • Step #11 Pour over cannelloni.
  • Step #12 Sprinkle top with remaining cheese & cover.
  • Step #13 Cook on MEDIUM POWER for 25 mins.
  • Step #14 Stand for 5 mins.
  • Step #15 Serve.
  • Step #16 Serves 4-6.
  • Step #17 Approx.
  • Step #18 300F kcals per serving.
