Cantonese Chicken Salad With Cashews Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tb Flour
  • 2 tb Lite Soy sauce
  • 1 c Lite dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 c Bread crumbs
  • 2 c sliced cooked ham
  • 3/4 c Skim milk
  • 1 Paprika
  • 1 Flat can water chestnuts
  • 10 oz Frozen french style green beans
  • 1 tb Canola oil
  • 1 Vegetable spray

Directions
  • Step #1 Or use yogurt cheese mixed with 1 tbsp cornstarch & a little lemon juice.
  • Step #2 Thaw green beans, drain well.
  • Step #3 Melt butter, add milk, mix in flour, & soy sauce.
  • Step #4 Cook over med-heat/flame, stirring, until thickened.
  • Step #5 Add sour cream, ham & thinly sliced water chestnuts.
  • Step #6 pour this into sprayed baking dish.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top top this with bread crumbs.
  • Step #8 Dash generously with paprika.
  • Step #9 bake this at 350 F for 30 mins.
