  • Step #1 6 oz ready shortbread crust 8 oz pk cream cheese -- softened 1 pt whipping cream 1/4 c sugar 1/2 ts vanilla extract 16 oz whole berry cranberry sauce : -canned In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Step #2 In small mixer bowl, beat whipping cream, sugar & vanilla until soft peaks form.
  • Step #3 slowly add to cream cheese, beating until smooth & creamy.
  • Step #4 Set aside a few whole cranberries from sauce for garnish.
  • Step #5 Fold remaining sauce into whipped mixture.
  • Step #6 Spoon into pie crust.
  • Step #7 Freeze 4 hrs until firm.
  • Step #8 Ganrish with reserved berries.
  • Step #9 remove this from freezer 15 mins before serving.
